Absolutely amazing team, I never felt so cared about during my transition to dentures. They even called to make sure i was ok after hours. They genuinely care about their customers and I only wish there was a higher star rating I could give them. Literally top notch customer service.
Horrible workmanship and horrible customer service. I went in for a tooth chip and when I went to pick it up it was horrible. Looked so much larger, I asked for it to be redone and all they did was put very noticeablepink plastic over top. The woman at the front desk was so busy telling me that she sent my claim in to Blue Cross, she would not even look at the numbers that I gave her to match across the board. Blue Cross says no, she says yes. Finally months later, at her very snotty request I can come pick up my paperwork and send it in myself!!!!!! Wow highly do NOT recommend!
