I did a take away lunch with the Little Boy as a change from the nearby Popeyes Chicken. We ordered the 2 piece chicken spicy with fries and a pop. Service was okay and the chicken was fried after the order was made. Unfortunately, the chicken near the bone was still on the raw side. The fries were okay and the pop had a unique drinking lid. The food didn't really wowed us.
Loved the flavor, and the chicken is very succulent and crispy. Service was excellent! Staff offered to make a fresh batch for my order. Hope they keep up with this level of service quality.Food: 5/5
We live close by and saw all the wonderful reviews, so we decided to check them out. I downloaded the app since they had a promotion for two free pieces of chicken if we ordered through the app so why not right. I'll say the app needs work: the two free pieces of chicken didn't populate when ordering. The app automatically applies a 15% tip, which is not a good thing if you rush through the ordering process without paying attention. Now to the food: I ordered the special offer of 12 pieces for $29.99 which you can only get if you order through the app, 6 special sauces, one classic chicken sandwich, family size fries and gravy. The chicken is deliciously seasoned and cooked wonderfully. I also got two free pieces of rotisserie style chicken. They were tender and beautifully seasoned. The fried chicken was crunchy and nice and hot. The fries are tasty and crunchy reminiscent of Costco fries which is a good thing. The special sauce reminds me of Chic Fil-A sauce and its slightly sweet. The staff are so friendly and attentive. I didn't wait long for my food since the app tells you when the food will be ready for pickup. There are only three tables there to dine in. I only have one negative to mention and that's the "family size" fries as compared to the "family size" gravy. The pouch was too small to be called family size and the huge container of gravy was massive in comparison. Given the price of the family size fries I was very disappointed. Otherwise, I'd like to go back and try the spicy style chicken and the other menu items. Thank you for the excellent service. Please give thought and consideration to the size of your fries. Truly amazing food, freshly made, served hot and crispy,served by very attentive staff. I have had fried chicken and other items from this outlet many times. I noticed that they have very few pieces of chicken kept ready in warmer.Five minutes waiting is not a problem because I am getting freshly made food. We were 4 adults and two children. I ordered fried spicy chicken legs, strips,Baked regular,Coleslaw, Spicy Sandwich. It was so yummy that I chewed up the bones as well!!! Chicken is juicy inside and crispy outside. Very tasty .The staff gave us some of their sauces as complementary. I loved the spicy sauce. Very good and hot food,Super friendly staff, Lot of parking space. In my opinion the chicken and sandwiches they serve at Hi Five are the best available in Canada and far far better than all other brands of chicken. Will recommend to our friends and will come again .

Quick preparation, good size for the spicy home style chicken sandwich/burger. Their buttery corn is yummy! Price is fair for the flavour, freshness, juiciness and customer service. The fries portion is so BIG and they’re delicious and crispy. Will come again. Parking: Definitely has some parking in the area in front or nearby. Right along No. 5 Rd and near the Hwy 99, across the plaza.
First time trying HiFive Chicken. Exceeded my expectations! With so many fried chicken joints in the Lower Mainland, it's important to differentiate from the crowd so atmosphere and service matters. Now, the food was very good and the flavors are very acceptable and their special sauce is good. I ordered the 10 pieces family meal and the manager was willing to arrange a "tasting menu" within this order. Quality food and good price! I was encouraged to download the app because I was told of the various incentives and rewards. Right now I'm more encouraged to come here for my fried chicken fix than to Popeyes which is just across the street! Keep up with the good food and good service!! I'm sure this neighborhood and the drive by traffic in this Ironwood area will appreciate it.

Excellent restaurant. Everything we tried was awesome - fried chicken, roast chicken, biscuit, gravy - their family size gravy is truly family size - chicken tenders, fries, onion rings - I don't as a rule like the cornmeal style batter on onion rings, but these were great. Their spicy is nice and spicy, their mild has zero "hot" to it, even my wife could eat it. We'll be back for sure!
Expensive, but I guess that applies to every food place now with inflation. The food was actually really good and those jalapeno poppers are next level. Chicken was more flavourful than those other popular fried chicken restaurant chains. Would come back againFood: 5/5
