Great course and good twilight rate. Pretty open and some long holes, but nice par 3s as well. Not much tree trouble but enough sand trouble as I unfortunately found out. It’s in good shape.
Every time I come to play, there are always many people who have to wait for the group in front, and the group behind is also waiting for us!
This is a really nice course. Good location, lots of practice options and well kept. Greens fees are reasonable but drinks are a bit pricey. I will play there again!
Course is in pristine condition. I've been out six times since April 13, this is by far, the best maintained course I've played on. With all the wet weather that we have in Southern Ontario, this course is dry and offers great value. Even after yesterday night's rain, the course is playing beautifully. Kudos to the facility maintenance staff, greenskeepers and marshals.
I’ve always been a fan of the Old Course. Mature, well designed and well maintained. I played the New Course 7/11/2022 and can’t believe that it’s part of the same umbrella. After teeing off on #1, we asked past the red/white tee box and could not believe our eyes. It was, without a doubt, the worst one I’ve ever laid eyes on…at any price! For the money this place charges, they should be ashamed of themselves. The design is rather uninspired and the condition of the course abysmal. Almost every fairway was stone hard. Great for drives, but, brutal for your wrists and forearms. The traps had stones in them the size of eggs…not exaggerating at all. Some of the greens are really nice, especially #9. I would not recommend this course to anybody and will only ever play the Old course. The people in the clubhouse, the starter, the marshalls and the folks in hospitality were all quite friendly and full of smiles. Clearly they don’t play the New Course!
Place is very well kept with friendly staff. Two full 18 holes that will provide tons of entertainment and challenge, no matter what your skills are. Place also has a nice driving range, putting area, and pub/restaurant with patio. We use this location for our yearly tournament. It could get busy since is part of the ClubLink.
Out to play on a Monday morning, greens were in good shape considering the amount of people they are putting on the course. Got the online deal but not worth the slow pace of play so I walked off after 9 holes. Was told they can get 800 people out in a day on the 2 courses, not worth the deal for 5+ hours
Grand old course - well maintained and tee boxes were fair so the mid to high handicapper had a chance at some birdie putts. I will return.
Great course to play. Challenging enough regardless of level. Most staff are good but the Marshal working when our group played was completely out to lunch. Told our group to hurry up and falsely claimed there were 3-4 open holes ahead of us. We sped up and hit into another group and almost drilled a guy walking. Ruined the front 9 better off not having anyone on the course than some halfwit with a course polo on out there giving bad information to people paying $110 for a round.
Nice Course, excellent staff and very accommodating. it was an absolute pleasure to have played a round of golf there. was contemplating getting a pass to return as well.
