Hi Line Pizza & Wings

Had the chance to try this local spot out. Ordered the family combo $50, great offer for a family has sm fries 2 xlrg pizzas and 30 wings. Pizza was good and satisfying wings were saucy, fries cooked well. Did a job well done, no complaints here, we had leftovers next day. Glad we had the opportunity to try something new.

Food was delicious! Great portions, great price, customer service was great, the person I interacted with was really accommodating , friendly and explained the menu well and they have such a great selection of toppings for the pizzas too! I got the hi-line pizza and would definitely be coming back! Paired with the Beckett’s it was a perfect meal!

Consistent and very generous with portions. One of the best mom & pop pizza places in Hamilton. Always well cooked pizza, fresh ingredients, succulent wings with lots and lots of sauce. Prices are beyond fair, customer service and pizzeria cleanliness are superb.

We have ordered many times and have been very happy, but today was not good at all!! We ordered the 2 large pizza &20 wings! The wings were overcooked and dried out! Our pizza was also wrong I asked for bacon, olives, hot pepper and pineapple! But nope, they got it wrong and didn’t put much of the toppings on it and the pizza was cold and dried out also!! Very disappointed!!!

I am very pleasntly surprised of the turn over happening from last year. There have been some changes over the years in managenent and it's back to the delicious perfect crust no more flimsy cardboard. I'm grateful for the new phone answering staff the past "got a name?" Ghetto snark is not professional and this team is crushing it. Well done new management. Its very noticeable and appreciated. Long time customer..keep up the good work.

We regularly order from Hi-Line for all of our work functions and we all just love their pizza! The chicken shawarma pizza and the meat lovers are favorites! Delivery is always ontime - even with very large orders! Great job guys!

I placed an order for a XL pizza and chicken shawarma poutine. They burnt the pizza to a crisp, and forgot to add chicken to both the pizza and "chicken" shawarma poutine. I called the restaurant and addressed the issue, they said a new poutine was on its way. Thought it was remedied to call back and have the person on the phone say they can no longer replace it as they were too busy. I was incredibly disappointed as the reviews to this place were good... can't see why? Not to mention the girl who I spoke to on the phone to follow up put me on hold twice and then hung up both times. This place has ZERO appreciation for their customers and I would highly recommend you take your service elsewhere! Quality = 0, customer satisfaction = 0.

Great pizza and wings. My go-to place. Always enjoy their food. Best steak and cheese sub I have ever had. Great staff, always friendly.

Have been ordering from here for years, always get the shawarma with only extra white sauce and hot sauce. Ordered that today and got veggies on it so called back to get a new one and they flat out refused to make a new one and said I didn’t ask for just white sauce and hot sauce. What a joke. Literally said “the guy who took your order said you didn’t say that.” Don’t waste your time or money as i’m now out that money, order from Originals. Ive given them benefit of the doubt one to many times. Sick of this.
