Was SO good! Ordered 2 large pizzas, fries, wings, garlic bread n cheese, and shawarma on rice. The shawarma was perfection We also ordered from Skip the Dishes and had no problems at all!
After reading reviews I was hesitant!! I was going to cancel my order but I kept it and was impressed with how everything turn out the fry’s are the only thing I would say was a disappointment have a few children and they only would get 3 each there needs to be more fry’s and in its own box! I would say you guys did great don’t always go by reviews. Just a little thought that if there’s a vegetarian who wanted fries, you’re putting it with chicken wings that something that they can no longer eat, so putting it in its own box with a little bit more quantity would be absolutely amazing…
If I could give less than one star I would! I ordered food for my family and the chicken wings were raw, fries are soggy and under cooked....how I don't know. I called to get them to fix it by sending proper food or to get my money back both of which were denied. I was told that it was skip the dishes fault and they will give me my money back. They deliver their own food and also make the food so who is the one to blame? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK!
Top of pizza was cooked but bottom was not , very bready/doughy crust. Order was missing potato wedges, i called and the lady was not very good at customer service. She said Uber messed up adding the potato wedge to deal but they dont honor that deal which in my opinion is fasle advertisement. I expected potato wedges as ordered and paid for, got told she wouldnt even offer me a deal next time. 1st and last order,pizza sucked anyhow. Only good thing is its open late.
How in the world do we call this feta cheese looking dipping sauce not past expiration date? Good God the heartburn. Wings smell nasty & pizza tastes like they scraped burnt skin off my toes & served it to me with a smile. Imagine telling the nurse at the hospital you’re dying over pizza.. you’d be triaged for a 10 hour wait when you need immediate medical attention after eating this food. Take in the combo said “with fries” and I counted exactly 23 fries for a family combo. I’ve thrown this whole meal out & am sad I lost 40 bucks that I know won’t go towards cleaning their damn kitchen.
Work on your delivery time, bone cold food is pretty sad when your 10 minutes away and I order at 1am. It's not busy hour. Also learn to make a salad. Never ordering from here againFood: 1/5
Horrible experience. Literally tried to call to cancel before it showed up,was too late, so basically the pizza was paper thin. Barely any toppings. The Hawaiin pizza had tasted off .and the real bacon looked like slop. .tasted old and graunchy. Don't recommend to others. Only thing that was good was the crust at the end and the dip...
Pizza not cooked. Just a doughy mess. Cheese not even melted really. Crust resembles a soft not cooked dough. I looked at the bottom of the pizza and not even crispy. What a disappointment. I see why they have a 2.9 rating on google. Please shut your doors.
This place was bad. Everything from the food to the staff was bad. The first red flag with this place popped up the second I called to place my order, the staff member picked up the phone and didn't say anything for about 10 seconds, I said "Hello?" And the staff member said "Hey." That's it, "Hey." I wasn't even sure I had called the right number. I placed my order and was told the total was $27 and some change and that it would be delivered in 40-45 minutes, when it got here after about an hour and 5 minutes, I was told to pay $38 and some change. I don't know how I could've heard 38 as 27 but I paid anyways. Upon opening the food up, I was pretty disappointed. The garlic bread felt like it hadn't even been put in an oven and it tasted like it might have been near garlic at some point. The pizza didn't look fresh, I mean it obviously was because it had all the toppings we had ordered, it just looked off, my family said the pizza was okay, personally I had none of the pizza. The chicken wings were odd, they weren't necessarily bad, they were just really big, like abnormally big, the chickens used probably just did squats everyday. The french fries included in the combo we ordered were missing, maybe that's fortunate though. The only reason we ordered from here is because they were the only place open when we ordered, I can't see us ordering from here again, even if it was the only place open.
Absolute trash of a place. Rude staff, and when I asked for delivery they didn’t show up with anything. The delivery driver just didn’t show up. When I called the restaurant they told me it was MY fault for ordering from Hamilton? Tf? Why do you offer delivery? I’ll never use them again and I’ll tell all my friends to NEVER order from here. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting and despicable.
