"We have added to our bison operation a retail farm store selling premium bison meat. Our bison are raised on grass from start to finish with no added hormones or antibiotics. The store is located on the farm with easy access off the 2A HWY just 2 minutes south of Olds, AB. The meat is all kept in modern glass display coolers and freezers for ease of shopping and vacuum sealed for freshness. You will always find a great selection of steaks, roasts, ground, patties,jerky, pepperonis, sausages, marrow bones, organ meats and dogbones. We add no other animal fillers into our processed meats, just bison. Bison meat is sweet and rich in taste, similar to beef without the extra fat. It's lean and high in protein with many health benefits."
