Customer Service & Lifetime Warranty are extremely disappointing. We had a raised no-maintenance deck installed, however, we realized when they finished that they had not attached the floor structure to the posts. Once they returned to do that, we notice our smooth finish was buckled and told that was normal. No warning was given with this deck, but during routine lawn care the first year, we noticed the covering on the posts beginning to crack. We called and were told that "it's not like they're fence posts, what do expect to happen when you trim with a weed trimmer?" I guess I assumed a vertical piece from the ground up was a "post". They never came out, just told us they no longer carried that product. We suggested using something else, but they never returned our calls. If you're looking for someone to back their product or warranty...look elsewhere.

Contacted them to have a deck built , no one called me back so I called again and they lost all of my information and told me someone would contact me to come give me a quote. No one called again so I called back and he quoted the price over the phone but said he would stop out the next night . Didn't hear from him AGAIN. Horrible communication, bad costumer service . Rude. Very disappointed.

We moved in to our house 3 years ago and it already had fencing done! There was a few things that we wanted to change with it and called Authority Fence and Deck. Turns out,they are the ones that did the initial install and knew exactly what we were talking about! They were so great to work with, listened to our needs and gave us great suggestions! We like them so much that we are having them come out this spring to do more work. They are friendly,knowledgeable and do excellent work! We will not be going anywhere else for our fence and deck needs!!

I had them installed a black chain link fence. They were very easy to deal with, had competitive pricing, showed up when they said, and did great job. Would highly recommend!

Authority Fence and Deck built us a beautiful custom deck for our remodeled 50's rambler. They gave us excellent advice along the way, with each necessary decision. They even suggested we install the spindles rotated 90 degrees to enhance our lake view. A First rate experience with very professional and welcoming people.
