Hero Certified Burgers - Bovaird & Hurontario

I tried this place for the first time ever and their burgers are so good. I tried meatless chicken and fishless fillet both plant based but so crunchy and amazing. I definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone who likes burgers. They got really really nice vegetarian options. I’m definitely coming to this place again because I finally found a good place for vegetarian stuff!!!! 5 stars for food and customer service

I always get sweet potato fries from this location but this time they were drenched in oil. Were so soggy. Not worth eating. Technically wasted my money for a product i could not eat. Bought Friday oct 1st @ 10:45pm

Worst order ever. Whole order was cold and both burgers appeared to be cooked in the morning and reheated for our order. 1 small piece of bacon and onion ring for my action hero burger 1 pickle and jalapeno for the spicy fried chicken sandwich.

I went in at around 10:20 PM and I was the only customer there. Placed an order for a veg burger and repeated "no onions" specifically multiple times and the cashier repeated it to me and told the cook in the kitchen the same. But, details weren't followed and I got a veg burger with onions. See pic for details on the receipt.Food: 2/5

Came in for the first time since COVID and it was better than we remembered. Friendly staff and the place was so clean. Highly recommend this location and we will be back.

I decided to try this place out since I’ve heard about it before. I wasn’t satisfied. My sandwich was dry. I had to add ketchup from my fridge to enjoy my food. Also, I believe the ice cream is actually frozen yogurt because of the texture and the fact that it was melting soo fast. Even after I put my ice cream in the freezer for some time, I took it out & it was still melting. My house isn’t even that hot!! I like frozen yogurt but, don’t be false advertising your products. That’s not right!!

Hero burger is consistently amazing, but this particular location has exceptionally good burgers compared to other branches speaking as a frequent diner. The staff here are absolutely lovely as well, making the overall experience a 10/10.

Longest wait I've had for "fast food". I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order then another 30 minutes to get my food. I've eaten at dine-in restaurants within less time. Just came in for a quick burger and wasted 40 minutes for mediocre and somehow still cold food. 2 issues - clearly understaffed, there was one cashier running around doing everything with one cook in the back and apparently uber orders take priority. The cashier was still friendly despite how disorganized everything seemed. Will not be coming here again.

Had a plant based burger. I know it's almost never going to look like the picture. But it's suppose to have sautéed onions, mushrooms and jalapeños.....which I'd say didn't really get!! To be honest the patty was plant based, but it looked more like a chicken parm than what I was suppose to get. I asked cause it was missing the veggies, and they assured me it is correct. I was hungry as it was late at night, so didn't really complain, but I would say based on the description I did not get what I ordered and if I did they gotta change their description a little!!
