I haven’t had five guys burger in a while.. still pretty tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and organized. Service was friendly and quick. The fries weren’t as good as I remember and they didn’t have those free peanuts anymore.

This is a regular place I go to, I may give a more detailed review another time.  Five Guys usually has online ordering you can usually order through the phone and avoid the immediate wait time. Tonight I did not use ordering ahead. I went in there was a few people to line but I only had to wait 10 minutes for my food. This is a very busy area next to a Walmart and Fortinos on the corner of Bovaird and Hurontario so tonight was a busy night given that it is Friday. Luckily they had a lot of staff working in the kitchen, and they have all the precautions of spacing people out in the restaurant.  The food looked good like it usually does. Perhaps it was the cold night that cooled my fries within 20 mins. Besides that, the peanut oil still gives the fries a delicious and unique taste.  I ordered a regular Bacon Cheeseburger. It wasn't too sloppy, and it tasted decent. It did have a weird smell but i think its the type of cheese they used i think they use American Cheddar.  All-in-all, a good meal and great service!

1st time in Canada   just like in the US everything looks similar but the girl who takes the orders need little training in talking to customers it is not rude but I guess she needs to learn way to speak properly about the menu ,  other than that the patties need a little salt, however the price not that bad if you only eat a burger but when you go for a meal it is pretty expensive.

This was my first time at this location and it was delicious and savoury! 5/5 I will definitely be back

Staff are phenomenal, even with some rude aggressive customers, they maintained their composure and dealt with the orders. The workers deserve praise! Food was great here as well! Cajun fries are amazing!Food: 5/5

Thair smallest burger will fill you up.. Every time i go there they give me extra fries in the bag at no extra cost! Great Service good FOOD! You will not be disappointed.. IF you have Peanut Allergy this place is not for you.  Theri fries is fried with peanut oil. There is a box of whole peanut on a counter to help yourself to it.. its really delicious.  Wheelchair accessibility: good access for people with mobility issues  Dietary restrictions: This place deep fries in peanut oil.

Second time in a row the burgers have been extremely dry. Quality at this location has gone way down. I also saw the cashier girl handle a mop, then throw buns on the griddle without washing her hands. I'll never be back, disgusting location.

This restaurant is one of the most disrespectful restaurant I ever went too. Not only they gave me the wrong topping but the whole food was messy, when I asked to come back another time to get the burger because I was already home and I couldn't make it the day of cause I had work the next day in the morning. So I asked for refund, instead of them refunding me the full amount for the burger and fries, even tho the fries were soggy and burger all messed up, my appetite was all full. I'm Defiantly never coming back here again, this wasn't the first time you guys messed up my food, I rather go all the way to Mississauga and get a fresh burger and warm fries from them.

Good and tasty overall, but the bun can become soggy due due to the aluminum foil wrapping, if left in it for over 7mins or so. Best consumed immediately.Food: 4/5

Disappointing.  More tomato than meat, bun was mushy, beef had an unseasoned bland flavor.  Asking for a tip when it's a hand you a bag service is poor form.
