I love the veggie burger- as its vegan. The grace is vegan too. Its a great spot to get some junk food in. I have found the service here to be great and I live the diner style seating. Bonus: if you join the Hero Burger mailing list, you can get some great coupons :

Walking down Bayview yesterday night we were craving a burger and were pleasantly surprised... It was delicious! Not to mention the great service by the knowledgeable cashier...and it's clean!!

Lovely staff. Very friendly. Very tasty veggie burger and sweet potato fries.

Terrible... waited over 20 minutes just to order... then another 15 minutes to have it prepared just horrific.

Quiet location. Always fast at this location. Clean and well maintained. Gladly eat at the tables here as well.

Cleanliness and quality an issue! The preparer did not wear gloves and the quality of meat was highly questionable. For a 15 dollar burger meal they surely need to reconsider their meat and staff training.
