Heritage Pharmacy

We was using this pharmacy until they messed us around with medication. We left them and went to a different pharmacy we had no problems with thurcroft pharmacy until heritage pharmacy decided to nominate us without our permission and has messed us around with our medication I advise everyone who sees this to not go to heritage pharmacy as they are rubbish the staff is nice apart from both pharmacists I am now very annoyed but they have nominated us without our permission I am now going to put formal complaint in

Just want to say a massive thank you to a particular member of staff who in my opinion went above and beyond to help me yesterday, I think her surname was LEWIS. Eventually due to her help my mum finally got the medication prescribed and her pain was relieved.

Received a text to collect prescription. I do not live in that area whatsoever and not registered at all with this Pharmacy. How did they get my details? Not happy at all. Tried calling and no answer at all.

Friendly and helpful staff but I will never take another prescription there again after the Pharmacist talked to my in laws about my medication!

Staff very helpful. Polite.
