Quality of service and level of care provided by Heritage Orthodontics is best in class. This has been consistent from initial consultations up to most recent appointment (~3 years in total). The emphasis has always been focused on what is the best long term decision. Everyone from front desk to the “chair” to Dr. Selnes have shown nothing but the highest sincerity and genuineness. Most importantly my daughters smile looks phenomenal!

This is the third orthodontist I've seen and by far the best. A previous orthodontist I had refused to straighten the bottom section of my teeth after I had already spent 4 years on orthodontic treatment. They told me I would have to grind my teeth down to fix the issue. When I saw Dr. Selnes for the first time, he immediately offered fix the issue I had with my teeth. In under a year of treatment, I was finally able to get my braces off. Dr. Selnes is a very kind person. He always looked out for me as a patient and put my interests when it came to my smile first. He was always open to try to fix any problems I had. He's also a very gentle person. When he checks your mouth, he takes great care to be gentle, which is a great quality to have. If someone is going to be in your mouth, you want them to take as much care as possible. Not only is Dr. Selnes a great orthodontist, but all of his staff are great too! The hygienists are all kind and make great conversationalists. They take after Dr. Selnes in being very gentle with their patients. The receptionists are also amazing. They always greet you with a smile and leave you with one. Whenever you need an appointment at a certain time and date, they do whatever they can to fit you in. Thanks to Dr. Selnes and his staff I now have a beautiful smile I can be proud of. You gave me the gift of a beautiful smile, so this is my attempt at a good Christmas gift. Dr. Selnes and his staff have been monitoring my daughter for a couple of years, and have just started her on a course of treatment for an underbite. They have taken the time to answer all of our questions and to make her feel comfortable and cared for each step of the way.

Both my children have been patients of Dr. Selnes at the Georgetown location. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. They have been so accommodating in making appointments that work with our busy schedules. The orthodontist assistants are amazing. Between my 2 kids, we have seen them all. They always make my children feel comfortable by explaining everything they are about to do. I am very impressed with the level of communication between the assistant, the patient and myself. My daughter has some complicated issues in her mouth. Dr. Selnes has been amazing at helping us navigate our options and arriving at the best possible solutions. He has made me feel confident in my choices and made sure that my daughter and I were both completely comfortable with the decisions. Dr. Selnes always makes himself available for questions and concerns. The office itself is beautiful and clean, from the waiting area with complimentary coffee/tea and hot chocolate, to the work stations. The office is in a great location downtown Georgetown, with lots of parking, either at the back of the building, or the huge lot directly across the street. I highly recommend Dr. Selnes to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment.

reception is not friendly. They looks after certain people and ignore other.
