This is NOT a family doctor. They wouldn't see my sick infant just because my wife had the other kids with her. If they were all sick, that's one thing. But if a doctor can't handle illness, or a family, GET ANOTHER JOB!! How is a stay-at-home mom SUPPOSED to get immediate care with other kids?? We will never set foot in this horrible office again.

This has been my family doc for about 6 years! There great with kids and fast in and out.

Love Dr. Wright. He's very knowledgeable and we have never had any negative issues with any appointment we've ever scheduled there. Not only do my wife and I both go there ourselves, but we take both of our young children there for checkups. Great place!

I’ve been going to this practice for years and they have been by far the best Drs. Office I have gone to. They have a great attitude, take the time to answer questions or find the answer if they don’t know, and have worked so hard to keep the practice intact and up to standard through the most difficult times this is written nov. 2021. These are salt of the earth great humans who are good at what they do.

I have taken my kids here since birth. I have always had a good experience here and been seen on time. I usually schedule an appointment ahead of time. But they do have walk in hours as well. You just must call and ask what they are. I usually see Dr. Keith Wright, and he's fabulous with the kids.

I used this practice since it opened actually a year before I used dr wright at another location. He gave me every kind of painkiller known to man in course of 5 years as well as klonopin 2mg 3 times a day. I would run out early call and ask for different meds. I think I got 4 different one month supplies in a single month from oxy 30s to oxy 20s to fenttynol 75 and then back to oxys. I never had MRI or catscan or an x ray I have since seen my wife dye from addiction and lost my children I am still battling this addiction today I am on suboxone maintenance just so I do not die . I know I wanted the meds but shouldn't I have been told No. Then my father who had kidney removed for cancer could not get 2 days worth of pain meds because its against policy to do that for someone post op. Well is it against policy to give the amount of meds in the time period that I got them. I think not so please think twice beforthink Dr Wright actually thought he was helping me I thought and still think he is a good human but poor judgement.e using this office. The sad thing is I

Always friendly . Dr wright and his team care about people and they will take the time to talk to you about your illness. I've been to different doctors but so far him and my childhood doctor that retired are my favorite.

My wife went there for a physical and was given a price before hand of some $80 dollars. During the checkup the doctor casually asked her if she would like to take a certain test, which my wife thought was included given that the doctor made it sound like a normal, routine thing and never mentioned additonal cost. After the checkup she paid her bill immedietly. A few weeks later we recieve this bill from Ephrata for some test we did not recognoze and thought they made a mistake. But no, after calling Ephrata, the $400+ that was now due was the "routine test" and we were responsible. Somehow, quadrupling the cost of the checkup was not worth mentioning to us in our visit. Be warned and prepared or maybe find another place to go.

The best practice I've ever been a part of! They take the time to review your issue before you go in so that you are not repeating yourself several times, and they take the time to really listen to your concerns and to try to find the true cause of things, not just treat symptoms. Fantastic office!

Love our Doctor, no one like her however, one of her medical assistant is super rude, and very dry. She seems mad at the world.
