This dental practice is amazing. Friendly. Professional, and knowledgeable. My first visit was so thorough, including a full panoramic x-rays, site x-rays, tooth charting, as well as full dentist Dr. Nathan and hygienist check Sara, etc. I was given a full tour of the facility and presented with a welcome gift. All my concerns were fully addressed and a dental plan was drafted in accordance with my needs and concerns. They are kind, caring and gentle. The practice has all the latest equipment and is very modern, set in soothing environment. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
I visited Heritage Dental yesterday for a wisdom tooth extraction. Something nobody looks forward to, but it needed to be done. My family dentist doesn’t do extractions, so I was referred here. It was such a relief to meet and be cared for by Jody Dental Assistant and Nathan Dentist. They were kind, gentle, personable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They made it easy for me to trust them and relax as best as I could. I truly recommend them. If I didn’t already have an amazing dentist, I would be switching. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
Heritage Dental is the closest dental office for my special dental needs since moving from Toronto. It is worth the 30 km drive from Ottawa to see this great team twice a year. Dr. Nathan and the entire team are professionals at what they do but more importantly the friendly faces and conversations build great relationships. The whole team is amazing. It’s like coming home for a visit every 6 months. Highly recommend this skilled team of friendly professionals!
You wouldn't think a dentist appointment at 8:30 on a Monday morning would leave you feeling happy and fulfilled but here we are. The team from the front of house to back are fantastic! Special Shout out to Sara for regularly being so kind and making the experience as best possible. And Jodi - I wasn't even to see Jodi today and she saw me and followed up on a conversation from 6 months ago. No better team out there!
Well I can easily say that Heritage Dental gave me the most positive experience you could have when getting a tooth extracted! The staff was kind, friendly and efficient and most importantly communicated everything as we went along. Put a very skittish patient as ease. Out in 25 minutes! Thanks everyone!
I just finished my first checkup and cleaning. Brooke did a great job with the cleaning and making me comfortable. The Dentist was very reassuring and didn’t push for any work that wasn’t strictly necessary. I’m looking forward to getting caught up with my dental work.
I visited Heritage Dental yesterday for my first dental appointment since moving to CP. Dr. Silva was helpful and so very kind. Listening to my concerns along with her professional care she couldn't have made my experience any better. Shout out to the technician, sorry didn't catch her name, and to the rest of the staff too.
Excellent dental clinic! Professional, highly skilled and caring. They listen when you speak, explain to you everything they do and why, and answer all questions. Technology is on point! Props given to Brooke, Dr. Nathan and the front end receptionist.
My family has been with Dr. Nathan for years, and I could not recommend Heritage Dental more enthusiastically - they consistently go above and beyond to care for their patients, are warm and professional, wonderful with children, and make a trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience. 5 stars, and a warm thank you to the entire staff!
Had two wisdom teeth taken out in the same day. Dr. Nathan and Jodi were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable and talked me through ever step of the process!
