Recently visited with questions about a used lens that Henry's was selling online and walked out after ordering it! While it was the end of the day and I came in with more than a few questions, I really appreciated the help that they provided. The payment system seemed a bit difficult to work with and was causing a few errors so I also would like to thank them for working through those as well. Thank you again!
Staff are super friendly and all seem to have a wealth of camera knowledge. Only downside are the prices. They are very expensive. Also they wanted to give me a very small amount of store credit for my cam which I was able to sell on Kijiji for much much more. Also no music playing makes the store a bit uncomfortable imo

Thank you Henry's for helping me with getting last minute prints of prints for a family wedding! Shout out to Randy for helping me operate the machine, selecting frames and putting the prints into the frames!
I visited this location for a return and they told me they charge a 10% restocking fee for all purchases from other locations. Although I returned the item within the 15-day time they were insisting it is their policy. So they just wanted $150 free money

Avoid like the plague. What a fall from grace. A year ago I left below review. Feeling positive I went there the next time. However this time, I met with horrible service and customer experience. Staffs answer to “You just lost a customer” is a “Fine” so they care about cashing your money, not the customer at all. “Best quick photos for passport and alike in town. Fast and accurate. Staff friendly and care the work they do.” Well not anymore apparently.
All I have to say is WOW ... the exceptionally outstanding customer service by Quinn was remarkable. She proactively came over to help me as I entered the store to help with my questions about the self-service photo kiosks and their use. She was responsive and very explanatory. However, where she excelled is in her dealing with a rather in my opinion rude and snotty customer ... she dealt with it with grace, professionalism, she apologized a dozen times due to the the paper size photo kiosk back-order issue and continued to be helpful to this customers' unbelievable asks .... Quinn excelled ... congrats to her ... honestly I could not have done it with the same grace and poise that she did ... she is a keeper and will excel to even greater heights ... Merry Christmas - Quinn - thank you for putting a smile on my face - that there are such good people like you in this world!!!
