The teachers were really kind and staff as well! I love studying at the library because it's so quiet and peaceful and there's a lot of computers available in case you need to work on something. They also let you print for free, I'm not sure up to how much but for the amount I needed for classes it was free. One side of the building looks really updated and new, while the other side of the building is really dark and old. I've heard from some people that they've been put off by that and that's what made them decide to go to another school. I don't really mind, but it is true that one side of the building is all bricks and dark.

Campus store Exchange/Return policy is absolute BS! Went to exchange a T-shirt my parents purchased me without my consent for my birthday with their debit card for a $25 store credit and all the cashier could say is that they needed my parents debit card to do a refund. Hello? I wanted a store credit NOT a refund. Both my parents work and have NO TIME to drive out to EP to work this out and I have NO WAY to call them while they are at work. DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing stuff from this store if your in the same predicament as I am. If I could give the campus store zero stars or 5 NEGATIVE stars I gladly would.

Always very rude when I walk into reception area, so I'd much rather call, but they NEVER answer the phones. Very frustrating place.
