Hennepin Elementary School

This a review of their teacher hiring practices which reflect on integrity, honesty, and general ethical behavior. I submitted an application for a teacher for the 2017-2018 school year. Within the hour I received a request to interview on the same day. I wrote back informing the Director that I had an appointment at this time, but that I was available the rest of the week and hoped to hear from her. I heard nothing back. Even though I sent another inquiry, she would not get back to me. I mean, how about just communicating with the applicant something like, "Thank you for your interest, but we hired someone yesterday," or even, "Upon further consideration, we are not going to go further in the application process." "Crickets!" is not okay. This leaves a very poor impression of the school's leadership style and accountability. I'm sure the actual experience for staff and students is much better. Hopefully....

I loved the school O I went head for three years and sad That I moved and they can't pick me up I really cried I loved it it's awesome😎😎😎😅😅😅😂😂😂😆😆😆🤗🤗🤗!!!
