I want to start out by saying, this hospital has the absolute worst set up I have ever seen.   It is so confusing trying to navigate the place.  That being said I can’t say enough nice things about the staff and medical teams.  They are so nice, they will take you were ever you need to go and are extremely understanding.  The set up of this place deserves a 1 Star but the staff deserves a 5 Star.

Urgent care facility is great. I live downtown so very convenient.    I also use the clinics for various care from detmatology to well woman and find the medical staff to be knowledgeable and up to speed on the latest - think it’s because it is a teaching environment due to affiliation w/the university.

Nurses and staff in Orthopedics G-3 were UNBELIEVABLE!!!. I was discharged was pretty good too. It is so confusing trying to navigate the place.

Baby Friendly hospital but consistently fail to give women with MA breast pumps.... I'm not sure how a hospital can be baby friendly and do this sooo frequently. I work at a clinic and it seems like I call them every other day with this issue.

These people know what they're doing. It's a teaching hospital so there are many resident doctors in training. I always have felt well taken care of here especially when I have birth to my babies. My OB was wonderful, Dr. Pace. Love it here, one stop shop for all your medical needs!
