Hennepin Canal State Trail

The Hennepin Canal Parkway Trail is a great place for bicycling. Beautiful scenery, lots of wildlife. The primitive campsites along the route are scenic and very clean. We stayed in our RV and had no difficulty.

Fish.

I ended up here on accident, after getting lost, and was very pleasantly surprised. My dog needed walking, and we stopped and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Next time, I will go on purpose!

The area is well maintained. Enjoy hiking here as often as possible. Easy boating access as well.

Great place to hike, fish, horseback ride, camp or kayak. Getting run down though and needs a lot of refurbishing.
