HellCrust Pizza

This pizza place is fantastic as its one of the few food options that is open late.. I think they said they close at 3am... which is crazy.. but good. The staff is very nice and helpful and the place is clean. The pizza is ok.. but it does hit the spot when nothing else is open. I had a meat lovers slice which was a bit dry but ended up ordering a medium pep which was good.

Tried their hellicious pizza and it’s not the taste i was expecting. It has mango, spinach which is good but the overall taste is kinda dull. It’s like missing something on the ingredients. Also tried their breaded wings. Taste was good but i was expecting it to be more crispier. I think it was already pre seasoned and breaded. Staff was friendly though that’s why i only gave 4 stars

Durian lovers must try their durian pizza! It got real durian meat on it, and it goes perfectly with the cheese. The pizzas are not greasy, and the flavours are just right. We will definitely go back!Food: 5/5

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. The restaurant's complete disregard for pre-orders and their lack of communication with customers is beyond disappointing. I recently decided to give this pizza joint a try. I placed an order in the afternoon, excited about their pizza promotion. My scheduled pickup time was 6:30 pm. However, when my father arrived to pick up the pizzas, he was informed that it would take at least 2 hours before our pizza would even be made. Thankfully, there are other great dining options nearby. I couldn't help but wonder if I had pre-paid for my pizzas, would we still be subjected to such an agonizing wait? The next morning I called them to understand why they had accepted my order when they were clearly overwhelmed with previous orders. To my surprise, they admitted to being backed up but offered no explanation for their earlier oversight. When I inquired about any possible solutions to rectify the situation, their best offer was 10% off my next pizza order. After reading through other reviews, it's apparent that we aren't the only customers who have had to endure long delays due to the greed/mismanagement. What's even more concerning is that some reviewers were told that HellCrust would honor their promotion, whereas I was offered a mere 10% discount. Something certainly appears to be amiss here.

Was referred to this place by a friend and was absolutely satisfied with the pizza and the friendly staff. The cashier Priya was very friendly and has excellent customer service skills. This was the best pizza I had in years in the lower mainland. The hours are a big plus as well!! Parking: Entire parkade behind shop aswell street parking in front of shop. Easily accessible

Ordered Through Uber Eats. Delivery was great...Food not so great. The pizza was not better than buying frozen pizza at a store. The wings I had were barely cooked. You could tell the staff were lazy and drizzled BBQ Sauce over them. They couldn't take time to toss them properly.Food: 2/5

0 star. Ordered pickup over the phone in the morning, and they confirmed the order and time for the early evening. When I got there, they said I'd have to wait 2h to get my order. I asked them how long it takes to make a pizza... they responded around 35 min, but I would still have to wait 2h when they "unpause the promotion". They should have not accepted my order to begin with, if they were that swamped with previously existing orders. But my guess is they kept taking and prioritizing full price orders, knowing that they were already behind schedule and could not fulfill previously agreed upon promotional orders. Let's see if they do the right thing, and provide a retroactive raincheck...

Their consistently excellent pizza and inviting atmosphere make me a regular customer. During my visit on Thursday, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ankit, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. Don't miss their unique Mango Jalapeños flavor! Highly recommended!"

Mangoes on pizza is a good thing. HellCrust did it right. By far the only place that has mangoes on pizza and I’d eat it again and again. Store and employees were alright, but again. Mangoes on pizza won the prize.
