This Boston Pizza is one of the few restaurants located at Tsawwassen Mills. Their food is typical of all Boston Pizza restaurants but even then it is sometimes hit and miss with the food being somewhat over cooked our nachos and cactus cut fries were both somewhat burned. But my biggest complaint is their customer service. Rarely are you ever greeted when you enter and when you are greeted there is no smile. Sometimes you wait many minutes to be seated even though the restaurant is empty. We have only once in four visits had a friendly waitress. But because of its location sometimes we are short on options to eat elsewhere. But if you are visiting any Boston pizza, the Cauliflower Buffalo Bites and the Spinach Dip with seasoned bread are really good. And they have huge screens on which to watch your favourite events.
Large portions and pasta deals are good. Service lacking at times. Found it very warm sitting indoors during the summer. The pecan salad is the best.
Ordered the Big Dipper. The onion rings were a nice touch but the beef slices were slightly overcooked and not cut thinly so they kept falling out when dipping. Not recommended. Service was good but food came out a little slow due to the busy Saturday lunch hour. On the other hand, the kids’ meal portions were quite large and worth the price.
Ordered take out last week. Toppings were skimpy so this time ordered double toppings. Brought home and toppings were not doubled. Called and told very rudely that I didn’t pay for extra toppings. When I insisted I did she looked and found indeed I did. Instead of apologizing and quickly resolving by offering a full credit for those toppings instead asked sarcastically if I expected a free pizza and said too busy to give a credit and she couldn’t do anything anyway but the manger would get back to me hopefully eventually. When asked to speak to manager as she was super rude she kept me on hold 12 mins and counting. As I said we ordered last week and again this week and were to be our new go to pizza place. Worst and rudest customer service person and manager ever. Manager wouldn’t even take the 2 mins to get on the phone and instead got someone else to talk to me who was at least polite. Absolute terrible overall service for a restaurant who you’d think would want repeat business. All over $6 measly dollars. Busy is not an excuse as I’ve been to many busy restaurants who at least would take a quick moment to speak to a customer for their own error. In the end said would immediately send me a coupon for $6 off next time which she didn’t. It’s not about the $6 as we always tip 20% for take out which was more than double that. It was how she insisted rudely that I didn’t pay for it then just could not simply apologize and offer the credit. Thanks but there won’t be a next time. It’s about how you treat your customers and obviously you don’t really care if they never come back. Edit: actually shorted 3 double toppings so $12. The other pizza also had only single toppings. Does this look like double pepperoni and cheese?
Seated quickly, quick and friendly service, yummy food. Lots of choice on the menu but we went with pizza because Boston Pizza!
They're always friendly and prompt with their service. My dad brother and I came here for a their special pasta promo night. $14 for their pastas!! Great deals. Or create your own for $10.99 I believe. We ordered the jambalaya fettuccine but asked if we could change two of them to spaghetti and they had no issue accommodating this request. The menu shows the dish to be spicy but it wasn't too bad at all if you are ok with the spicy Italian sausage, it hits nicely. You better come with a healthy appetite because you will be full with this generous portion. Check the picture the one piece of bread it came with was wonderfully buttery and crispy. I wish they gave you a couple pieces. The pasta was perfectly al dente. The shrimp, the spicy sausage and the tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned. I really enjoyed the dish. There was a good amount of protein and I wasn't able to finish the meal so my dad and I took our left overs home. I'd love to come back and try the other items. Amazing staff and great food always! . Perfect place to have for any celebrations. Family friendly and perfect place for entertainment of sports to watch and catching up with friends. Highly recommended this place.
The server was attentive, we accidentally spilled salt over everything and the server was kind enough to give us fresh Fries. The wait time is not long and it’s also nice to be able to get a nice drink while you’re there. Loved the ambience of this location. Customer service is 10/10Recommended dishesBoston Pizza
Boston Pizza is definitely one of the worst restaurants in Richmond and it’s also pretty damn expensive. We ordered a pizza with low-quality cheese. Rather have Pizza Hut or Domino’s - way cheaper and better. We also ordered one of the worst calamari and ice cream. The calamari was frozen, and the ice cream was slushy and had no favour. Burger buns, patty, chicken fingers, and fries were ALL FROZEN and tasted like school cafeteria food. $128 in total for 4 people, and the service wasn’t great. It was extremely disappointing, and will never go to Boston Pizza again. Boston Pizza, don’t need to say sorry and say you guys prioritize customer feedback. Gave feedback to you guys before, foods are still bad, and it hasn’t changed. Food: 0/5 Service: 2.3/5
Went mainly for the panookie. The salted caramel one is absolutely glorious! I would say the size is a bit small for the price but it made up for it in deliciousness. Since it wasn't as filling as expected, we basically had a full dessert run to try all the dessert options. The brownies and ice cream was a classic but nothing overly special. The chocolate explosion cake is the best way to die happy - rich and chocolatey heaven in a slice. If it were up to me I'd get the panookie x2 to feel satisfied.
