I don't know why but I irrationally love this place. The crust is the perfect crunchy chewy balance, the slices not too flimsy or rigid, and the cheese tops it off without being overly present or greasy. I have lived in NYC many years and have been sad I haven't been able to find a place like this over there.
I am very confused, at first there was a freshslice here, but then a place called pan 2 plates opened and now this place which is fine but they all are the same. Same flavours, same cooking same everything. The food was obviously good but i don’t understand why the name changed 3 times. Aside from that, if you’re looking for pizza on the beach, recommend this place.
Same toppings and crust as Fresh Slice, looks the same, tastes the same, but different franchise with higher priced pizza probably to pay the higher rents due to the proximity to White Rock Beach. To-go plates are higher end, and so is the higher quality bag that contains the pizza slice and plate. Good service. Can't go wrong here, just wish they had something unique to offer and that would be a differentiator from the nearby competition.
Hands down best pizza I've ever had. I've literally driven back to get a second pizza despite being a Friday night at the beach knowing I might have to fight for parking a second time I'd recommend ordering on a weekday if you're just going to the beach for the pizza and not to spend time at the beach too. There is a 15 minutes free parking spot around the corner to the right in front of cosmos I believe it is if you're just running in to pick up the pizza and leaving. Anyways...long story short...amazing pizza! Great prices! To be honest we've only had the cheese with an alfredo base alfredo seemed weird to me until I actually tried it but absolutely insanely amazing!
We just ordered 4 different pizzas for a staff lunch. Service and pizza was top notch. We will definitely come back. The Pesto Chicken was everyone's favourite.
had my first slice of pizza The Belly Of The Beast was absolutely delicous and after that I couldnt stop eating, so I moved on to the seccond slice of the pizza, and from there I would've kept eating but was on a time schedule. So I had to leave. The two Pizza chefs, Priya, and Anjalia, have Givin me a great and relaxing service upon making my pizza experience here well worth the travels I had to get through to get here. would love to see more people come to HellCrust and eat more BreadSticks well of the charts. first time trying these very thin and crispy bread sticks would love to have again, the Marinara dipping sauce on the side was sweet and went well with the sticks. Slight adjustment for the pizza The Belly Of The Beast. would try to add smaller pieces of ham to the bottom as the top crumble did come fall off a bit to easy.
The only item I have taken at this point is the French fries. Charlie Don,t surf beat them 100 times seeing the consistency of the French fries have been the same quality. The pizza so far at the diamonos up hill beat the quality and price. One can get a nice cheese or pepperoni pizza for 9-10 small. I have ask salt for the French fries and they even did not have salt!!!!
Stopp by for 2 slices of pizza for lunch whole working in white rock got food poisoning and will definitely not ever buy from there again...pizza was not even worth it.
Briya made some delicious pizzas and her service was excellent. I will be coming back.
This is by far and away from the best pizza I have ever had. The bbq chicken pizza and veggie pizza are incredible. Their salt and pepper chicken wings are beyond imagination. This is a very high-quality pizza and I strongly recommend it to family, and friends, to pay a visit and enjoy their delicious and crunchy pizza crust. This pizza place is hands down the best in Preparation & professional-level, value, and Taste. Do yourself a favor and give Hellcrust a try.
