Heights finance helped build my credit. I was responsible and I stayed on top of my payments. They kept me informed no sugar coating, all interest and requirements stated up front. They have a very welcoming and relatable staff, amazing help was provided to me.

Spoke with John, and processed my app with John. I Gave specific information about my credit history and the kinds of problems I had been running into while trying to get a loan. I did not want to go a ahead and take a hit on my credit if they would use those same things against me. I was told those factors that I mentioned to them were not the deciding factors for them as to wether I receive a loan from them and basically that they decide based on different criteria so I gave the go ahead to process the Loan. When the decision came back I was denied which is fine. I asked why the lady Christy or Chrissy basically tells me I was denied because of the things I mentioned to them exact word for word and they said would not be the deciding factors YET THEY WERE APPARENTLY. I feel that I was misinformed if they would have been specific Or even a little more cautionary to me like the few others places I stopped by I would not have even bothered to process anything with them. Because now I take a hit and it makes it hard to get anything other places that may have considered me. Just saying to say be careful I feel it was just a ploy to get me to agree to process an app. Because my exact problems that I sat down and disclosed to John he basically made it seem like would not be the deciding factor but later on were the very reason I was denied.

I absolutely love the staff at Heights Finance Greenfield. Carl and Kristin are very professional and make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door.
