Working with Heidi was the best realtor experience I’ve ever had. Communication was always prompt, document signing via docusign was efficient, and easy. She listed my home with a 3D virtual walk through, which was absolutely flawless. She worked well with all parties involved, including the tenant, property management company, and lawyer. She chose the right price point to list, took great pictures, and wrote a great property pitch. Within a week and a half, I was signing a conditional offer letter for very close to the list price. What’s more impressive, is that we’ve never formally met, as I live out of province, and was unable to travel to make customary arrangements. If you’re on the fence, regarding choosing the right agent, I would encourage you to work with Heidi.
