Fantastic realtor. She kept us up to date the entire time. She marketed our house well and drew in a lot of showings. Given the horror stories we’ve heard about other realtors in Fort St John, it would be a crime not to choose Eli if you’re selling your house.

My family and I have purchased 2 properties through Eli over the last 3 years. Eli took the time to find what we needed in our first property, knowing it would be used as a later investment, but still suited our needs for our family at the time. Because of her dedication to knowing what we were looking for, we did not hesitate in using her to purchase our second property, and she again found us what we wanted in a home, that completely suited all members of our family. Eli does great research and is very knowledgeable in regards to the current markets and real estate trends, and not just in the Peace River area. The time she invests in her business pays off for her clients, as she does not just show you a house or property, but she finds what you are searching for. We have also attended some seminars that Eli has hosted, and greatly enjoyed the information that she had provided, along with the guest speakers and connections she has in the business. We will use Eli again in the near future, as she has great insight and recommendations to worthy real estate investments. With the time that Eli spends finding her clients what they are searching for, we would highly recommend anyone to use Eli when looking for property. Her efforts of knowing what a customer needs and wants is what makes her one of the best in the real estate business

Using Eli to sell my house was the best choice I've made in Real estate....... she is honestly the greatest, very easy to get along with, informative on the market, always keeps you up to date on what's going on with your property and works the hardest to make sure your getting exactly what your hoping for from your house I'll definitely be recommending her to my friends, family and anyone looking for a top notch Realtor Hope to have her help find a home in the future, cause I can guarantee it'll be a wonderful experience in finding the perfect home Thanks again Eli
