I didn’t feel welcome at Hed Salon. It was my first time there and I felt lost. I wasn’t expecting such a big place and I have to confess I won’t come back. I don’t like my hair cut, I am not sure if the hairdresser was listening to my needs or only doing what she thought it was the best option for whom?.
My first visit, after a not so great experience at another salon. I came here and I am so happy with the style and cut Marc did for me. I feel much more confidence now! The salon has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. They also made me a latte. Thank you so much! :

Norbert Boudreau has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. He is amazing and a very sweet person too! He has been cutting at Hed for many years now, it is a very relaxing environment with friendly staff!
