Please be very careful when working with this company. They are not honest and overcharge people!! Do your homework, ask questions, be diligent, if you must work with them.

I see nothing but negative reviews and feel they deserve more than that. While I understand not everyone is as personable as we all wish, these are VERY qualified/knowledgeable/experienced people. I purchased and hired Heckeroth to install a generator. It was an 8 hr project and was one of the coldest days of the year. They carried on with no complaints! They were very informative as I had many questions along the way being a new home owner. My only suggestion folks is to do your homework. They may not be the most inexpensive, but you know the old saying “you get what you pay for” and they stand behind their work. A silly mistake easily rectified made them have to return at midnight, which they did at no charge. In the end they cleaned up after themselves and left my home as it was when they arrived. Kudos on the “Heckeroth” sweatshirts, I noticed they all had one on.

It was a Sunday morning, and it was pouring out. My plumbing system was COMPLETELY backed up. I was desperate. Heckeroth was one of the few who would come on a Sunday. It was $99 just for them to come and look. The plumber had to remove the toilet bowl to snake it out. He told me it would cost an additional $500-$600. I had no choice . . . I needed flowing water. He handed me the bill for $619, and said he was giving me a "break." I've since spoken with two other plumbers who told me it shouldn't have been more than $225 tops. If you want to get ripped off, call Heckeroth. As for me, I never will again.

Called them Monday for an estimate for my senior parents on their water system. Very polite on the phone. They came today Wednesday and will do the installation Thursday. Thanks Heckeroth for treating seniors honestly!!
