Expansive shopping complex with many brand name stores (Gap, Aldo, Calvin Klein...) and essential stores (Costco, Best Buy, Home Depot...). Tons of free parking available. You CAN travel by foot within the complex, but will be limited to stores in that section. A vehicle is recommended to get the full experience since there can be a 3-6 minute drive in between sections of stores. Many outlets here as well, if you're looking for discounted clothing.

I love my shopping visits to Heartland Town Centre. It's a hub for locals and people from all over the Province of Ontario, other nearby Provinces as well as visitors from US border States. International visitors utilized the services while on vacation.  Many large brands are carried here as well as new ones.  US stores like Marshall's, Costco, hardware, food and places to grab a quick bite or sit and enjoy can be be found here. I recommend a visit as there are stored in all four cornered locations. Happy shopping.

Definitely map out your route if you plan on hitting up more than 1 specific store so you're not driving around in season parking. Overall, lots of great big box stores and good sales. It's worth going online to see the specials and what new stores are popping up.

This is one of the best town centre I would say as all the outlet stores are widely spread and easy to reach to the interested stores and helps to save a lot of TIME. 
Heartland town centre has almost all branded merchandising.
Costco is few 100 feet away is an advantage.
Location is well connected to highways.

Not a bad place to visit.. You must know what you're looking for otherwise you're going to be like what... Where is the store located... They're all over the area... Any part of the intersection... So know what suits you're looking for and if you don't find a deal to go Toronto premium outlets they're always sales happening there
