Love this bread. The baker was once the top baker for the Whole Foods chain. When they first opened I visited and met the baker and he was kind enough to give me a tour of the wood burning ovens. I have sampled most of their breads, all excellent. They also freeze well and if you tell them that you intend to freeze it they will give you a special freezer bag. I have heard that they now supply some local grocery stores which will be more convenient for me!

Amazing bakery! Tucked out of the way I an industrial park but worth searching for. Watch out for the samples or some chocolate & toffee biscotti may find its way into your bag.

Great bread at a slight premium in price. It is worth every penny in my opinion. Great holiday breads as well.
