If I could give 0 stars I would doctor's at heart health either cancel your appointments and you miss a days pay from work or the doctor's move your appointments to another day you try and book an appointment for your day off they give you an excuse that they are not in the office on the day you are requesting to book for or they are at another office all further and future appointments are now canceled and now further appointments will no be booked at this clinic due to the doctor's here
Had to go today for a eco test and have a holster for 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and did not have to wait long at all for either staff to see for both tests.
It's common to see 1 star reviews on Google for Healthcare clinics. This clinic is honestly pure trash. They lose paperwork, they forget to fax and or email documents and they have no idea what they are doing. Its shameful that they are awarded tax payer money to run their clinic. If I could give zero stars for such a shameful clinic I would.
I want to thank Dr Burstein for all he did for me over the last four years. The staff are the best that I have delete with in the medical industry. The technicians are great. Thanks again Dr Burstein for your help.
Abysmal. There is no respect for the patient or the patients time. Unfortunately, doctors seems to be accountable to no one and if they’ve immersed themselves fully in their own little god complex you will encounter behaviours such as those encountered here. “Yes”, we actually do you know you went to school for a long time; it was expensive. However, it is a JOB and you chose to do it. So DO it, treat your patients with care and respect and join the human race.nThis place is ridiculous and should be ashamed of themselves.
