Unfortunately i have to leave a bad review. Its not something that i want to do but it is necessary. I will start off by saying the people on staff here are extremely pleasant. However, I went here to get two teeth extracted and my dental coverage covers simple extraction. I was in and out in under an hour but when it came to be charged, I was charged for surgical extractions which are not covered under my plan. So I had no option but to pay it out of pocket. It seemed off to me that i would be charged for anything other than a simple extraction. So after confirming with my dental insurance that what i had done seemed to be a simple extraction. I called to see if they would make it right and they tried to sell me on a story. They said that they had to take multiple pieces of the tooth and cut part of my gum like i wasn't watching every single thing they were doing out of pure anxiety and fear. Like i wouldn't pay attention to a scalpel entering my mouth or notice that the tooth wasn't whole when removed in placed into the container sitting right next to me. The only part that was true at all was that he put stitches in and when i asked they told me it was routine. So to recap they charged me for a service that I didn't get and then when given the opportunity to rectify the situation they tried to sell me on a story.

I LOVE Healthy Smiles. Dr. Tamm is the best dentist I have ever seen, he is very nice and also gentle. I think that his work is outstanding. I also love his staff, you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I've been a patient at Healthy Smiles for about four years now. I find their customer service excellent and personally I really enjoy the new dentist Dr. Tamm. I really appreciate how smoothly the transition from one dentist to the next went and I don't notice any difference in the service or care that they provided to the patient since the change. I've lived in Dover Manchester and Portsmouth, I plan on keeping Healthy Smiles as my primary dentist regardless of where I am.

Healthy smiles was great before but with Dr Tamm taking over the practice ito has only gotten better! He puts patient care first and listens to you! And the team is wonderful and attentive. If you're looking for a new dentist in Dover look no more!
