Always have a good experience when having a haircut from HeadMaster. This time I tried the HeadMaster in NorthWest. They were good too. Very clean salon. Sachin the hairdresser who was new to this country was awesome. He never ever made me feel that he is new to this profession. Has a good cutting skill. 5stars for him.

I usually have a good experience at your salon, but I wanted to share some recent feedback. My wife took our son for a haircut, and unfortunately, one of the trainees cut his hair without asking for her consent to practice on him. The result was a terrible haircut. When I asked my wife who cut his hair, she mentioned it was a new person, and they gave her a $2 discount for the mistake. We had to take our son to the nearest Great Clips to fix his hair.nI kindly request that if you plan to have trainees cut hair, you inform the customers beforehand. Additionally, please avoid using children for training purposes. Customers are not to be treated as though they are unaware. I hope this feedback helps improve your approach to customer service.

After moving in to Edmonton been to many barbers in town but this is my final stop Ammy is just amazing and talented true gentleman who knows the skills always on top. Specialist in beard and moustache. Great customer service and satisfactory work. Thankyou again Ammy.
