Food was mediocre. The fries were cooked to perfection but has no flavor. The wing sauces were so gross. We tried four different flavors and none of them were good. The buffalo chicken wrap needed some sauce and a bit more chicken. They said it was 8 ounces but did not seem like it. Food came out incredibly fast. Almost too fast.
We used to love this place. The decor says 'high end casual' but the food says two-star. We met several friends there for lunch today, and were SHOCKED to see the drastically reduced menu, with many favorites either stripped to the minimum or gone completely. We won't go back. We felt they don't care enough for their customers by offering such a disappointing lunch menu. Service was fine.
Well after a year or so of coming to this place close to home with a lot of potential my wife and I concluded that this needs a lot of extra work from the service to the food. I can't understand how is possible that food is not fresh and u can tell that they are reusing the oil on the food, so I'm not trying to make it worst just for u owner to pay attention to this because you are in an area that this place could be packed with people all the time if things get improved.
Had an amazing time here on a Wednesday night no less! Patrick took great care of us and recommended some great food. The new menu changes were pretty cool too, can't wait to try it all! We will be back!Food: 5/5
If you need to meet up and celebrate something or just get out of the house, this is a great spot for it. They have a good variety of menu items and the staff does a great job. The portions are generous and the price is right on point. I have not had a bad drink here and the decor for the holidays was really well done. Also seasoned fries get 6 stars!
Waiter who waited on us this evening was a complete douche nozzle. He threw stuff on the table and gave us old food. Never again. I had been previously and always enjoyed HB Jones. Tonight was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Food was cold and old and waiter was completely indifferent and acted like he could care less. Vegetarian options: None
A bigger beer list than I expected. A group of us had different food and everyone was pleased. Definitely would be a fun place when it's warm outFood: 5/5
We had the Friday special fish fry...very disappointing. The regular plate consistent of 4 fish sticks , we were expecting actual pieces of fish . The Mac and cheese was bland and watery. I understand this is seasonal menu choice... maybe next season try again
