5 years.nPlumbing was installed backwards for our dishwasher. The dishwasher drain spout was directed towards the sink causing it to back up and malfunction our dishwasher.nElectrical outlets are not set properly. The faceplates don’t sit flush or hard to set into place as they are set too far back. Central Vac plates are cracked when set into place. I have a blemish on cement step that was addressed at the time of move in and never fixed.nGarage doors are lifting away from wall. And Garage trim is separating. Garage doors do not seal properly.nFront and back door do not seal, can feel drafts coming in at all times.nEvery tile in the house had to be redone. No mortar/ VERY little used during installation. During replacement custom cabinetry was damaged and not repaired. 2 large chunks broken off. During replacement I was informed that the subfloor was not installed properly and needed to be completely re-screwed down. VERY nervous and anxious on other flooring if it was installed properly or what corners were cut and when that will show it’s fault. We chose the tankless water heater and it seems like I waste more water waiting for it to never heat up to a hot temperature. At this point I have so much anxiety as to what might go wrong in the future and the cost to have it repaired. A lot of these issues are not small issues. Now at this point my issues have not cost me anything except the inconvenience of being a little displaced while work is being completed. It truly is the future and how bad the quality is. If I have had this many issues in the beginning what’s going to be the next issue. During the process the staff and the consultants were fantastic to deal with and made the process very easy.

Firstly this is for the Keba Cres. Subdivision!nWe’ve been here for a few months now! And I’m aware the so called reviews say it’s good! That bieng said! The Tillsonburg ones are really just pretty in pics! The studding around the house has no consistent spacing! From 8”-24” centres! The 2x4’s are of cheap quality full of knots and splits all over! The deck boards are no better we keep getting splinters off it!nThey left are place full of garbage! There’s tons of gauges in the frames and drywall that they painted over! The new concrete has cracks in it already! Two of the shower heads were clogged from leaving the seals in them!nThey even dented some of the new appliances!nWe had paid extra for fenced in yards, nice grass and a paved driveway! This house was built 4 months ago and still no driveway or fences! They just put the grass down a month ago and put down burnt dried out sod! That after watering regularly still all dead!nWhen ever we get heavy rain our streets are flooded because thier sewers are full of dirt with actual grass growing out of them! They also offer security cameras for the neighborhood! Well there’s only signs stating it!nSo unless it’s just the site super dropping the ball in this area! I WOULD NEVER recommend buying thier homes! Very disappointed! Lots of my neighbours feel the same here! And really wish we new this ahead of the time! Lots complain but nothing gets done or fixed!
