Excellent, authentic Indian food and top notch service. I have been here several times with family and business clients - including a couple Indian foodies who were also very impressed. I was so happy when the buffet returned after the pandemic as it's the best Indian buffet I've ever experienced. NOT the usual overly oily or poorly seasoned stuff common to Indian buffets. This food is all fresh, excellently seasoned, and cooked without over-use of oils and salt. The entire staff is eager to please, ultra polite and respectful, and exude a personal determination to make their restaurant succeed by providing the best service they can. Cleanliness and general condition is excellent. Nice patio too!
I personally feel ‘this place is short staffed based off my experience over the last 4-5 visits. And because of that customer service I felt is compromised lately, it used to be better earlier. Food in terms of taste is very uncertain, I don’t know if it has something to do with rotation of their chefs or anything else. But what I’ve noticed is sometimes same dish ‘would taste better than other days. Also quantity keeps on changing too. Same appetizer that once used to be enough for three ppl, was this time only good for one person. Definitely there’s lot of room for improvements. Wasn’t planning to include picture of fly we got with Caesar. But looking at your response, I think you should see yourself what your “up to par” looks like.

We have visited Haweli few times and have always got best of customer service and delicious food! We tried their Buffett today- it’s was just delicious !! This is first time we tried their Buffett and would highly recommend! Total 5 star food and service. Vegetarian options: Just just delicious food and so many options. Do try their Tandoori soya chap and Malai kofta. Kid-friendliness: Totally - I always come with my 2 kids and one is infant in them- never had any issues! Parking: Always able to find parking spot without any issues
So many times we passed by this restaurant but only now we got the chance to ate amazing food and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant. Totally recommendedFood: 5/5
Tried for the first time! First off staff were masked and did ask for vaccination. Second the atmosphere is very nice. The warm interior and various decorations were fun! There's even a little area with barrels! The booths are designed like train cars? They have luggage in the rafters! The food. We had chili fish of the Indo-Chinese section. Coconut rice, garlic naan, goat Rd curry and the spinach paneer. The chili fish uses basa If I remember right, it was cooked well and was not chewy nor under cooked. It was also surprisingly not spicy. The paneer was soft and the puree was more chunky then liquid. Gives a nice texture. Coconut rice was cooked very nicely and had a really gentle taste. The goat was very delicious and was just enough to feed two people comfortably. It was mildly spicy too, so easier for those who don't like spice. Meal Came out to about 100 dollars for 5 dishes. Servers came a few times to check on us at the beginning of meal. Washrooms were also relatively clean. Meal Came out to about 100 dollars I would definitely come back.
the food was tooo good….absolutely lived it. Sunny made mojito and mango tango for us which was so fasicnating and of course tasty. one must try this restaurant if you want to experience typical and authentic indian food.
I think the restaurant is collecting a part of fees from customers which they need to pay to someone. We ordered good amount of stuffs from them from which we only liked the cocktail and the rest of things were not good. The prices are very much high and quantity was not good enough. The most disappointing item which we felt was known as Dal Tadka and it felt there was no tadka at all. We asked one of them to change it and bring us the tadka dal but he said you will get the same thing as they consider dal as dal tadka. We ordered 4 papads, 4 cocktails 2 veg sabjis, 8 chappatis, 1 rice and 1 dal and the bill was around $200. The photo is of dal tadka in which you can see there is no tadka in it.
Good points - 1 food is Awesome 2 Ambiance is really good 3Staff is very polite negative points - 1 The metal glasses had thick layer of dust inside and RUST , politely informed Manager but disappointingly he wasn’t sorry for this experience though it’s a health issue. 2 Apart from this he was requested to check other glasses placed at bar counter apx 28 glasses but he dint even reacted . 3 no one visits once order is placed till they believe guests are done with meal , and No salt and pepper ,only available upon request ,I am adding pics ,sorry for this but our disappointment was greater than your embarrassment . These doesn’t match the your restaurant , it’s just like wearing a tuxedo with some rugs in feet. Sorry for this review .
