I was hoping for the indian buffet but it was closed. their crispy mushrooms are good. spicy sauce with coriander delicious but 12.99$ for a small plate was very expensive. we ordered the plate for 4 persons and barely got our fill and we were 2 person on it. the kebab was extremely salty and you couldnt taste the meat much. the chicken and the pork were amazing but we had two shrimps for 4 people... but for 59.99 plus tax for 4 people, it was not worth the price. one good thing was the lady who served us water. she was overall very pleasant and nice to talk to. whoever you are, thank you for making our meal pleasant by your presence.
Food was delicious..!! I went at this place second time and the taste was exactly same as previous. I ordered chicken biryani and tandoori both items was properly cooked and quantity was good. I ordered it for take out, so can’t tell you exactly about customer service. Overall experience was awesome. We enjoyed the food and will try more from the menu. Rates was pretty good. Limited parking spots so you might not get parking on weekends As I experienced. Rest all good and definitely recommended.
True Asian Culture. Authentic taste. The most humble Manager always smiling. Aftar Buffet is amazing. Thank for hosting us. We went with 3 families total 6 person and all of them enjoyed. Vegetarian options: Good Veg options as well.
Has come a long way over the years. Fantastic samosa chaat followed by bihari kebab, chicken pakoras, chicken biryani, chicken Karahi and butter chicken. Will be coming back And hoping it remains consistent. P.S. for these types of restaurants, usually peak hours are when the food remains the most consistent. We went on a busy Saturday night and despite the restaurant being jam packed with the service trying their best to keep up, the food was at expected standards.
Went there to have dinner. Ordered Veg Manchurian and spring roll in starters. Spring rolls were partially cooked, When i bring it into the notice of Waitress and Owner. Both did not offer an apology, nor did they offer any other form of compensation or replacement of my dish. Manchurian was mix of everything. Felt like eating Gobi Manchurian instead of Veg Manchurian. Completely changed the recipe norhing matches with Veg Manchurian. Paneer tikka masala was average nothing special. I would say tasteless. Coriander Nan was good, fresh and soft. The only thing i enjoyed there. Would not recommend to anyone. Rome around and you will find better options.
I have no clue why people complain on price , quality or service . I have been here a few times and always during reviews poke the pros and cons . Service : well attended and fast however please note that there is a difference between fine dining and fast food. What we expect is quality in nick of time which is impossible in case of Indian food anywhere in the world if you expect good quality. We are always attended in 10 to 15 minutes . People are pleasant however due to the rush the employees cannot spend time chit chatting as they need to feed people. Quality : take time to read the menu and ask questions before just ordering something that says lamb , chicken ,fish or vegetarian. Price vs quantity : comparing to any other quality and quantity for the price , Indian food is the most generous . We always order 2 dishes for 3 people unless you have above average appetite ..lol I have always left feeling happy and satisfied dining at tandoori grill and can say by far this is the best restaurant for Indo Pakistan food. Some of the dishes by nature have to be cooked with butter and oil hence ask before ordering or know the food instead of blaming it's too oil , not cooked it too spicy . I have been to almost 80 percent of the Indian restaurants in Montreal and love this the most. I always take my friends and guest to this one because it's a safe bet . No one is perfect but these people try their best and I love their food so I would recommend this to anyone wishing to try authentic Indian food. Thank you tandoori grill : Try their sizzler mix , Malai chicken and lamb balti. Paneer pakoda is a must , creamy and delicious .. looks like I am ready to make another weekend trip as just writing this makes my salivary glands crave for it .... Vegetarian options: More than you can think of .
This restaurant is really good! The byriani chicken is amazing. Every bite had a different level of flavor and spice. The baji is different fron any other onion baji i ever had. The breading is light but packs a punch of flavor. We also had the chickpeas, what a comforting dish. The naan has a crisy outside and soft, fluffy inside which picks up and holds sauces really well. The service was rapid, showed great hospitality and our server took time to ask us where we are from, how we like the food. All in all, an excellent place.
1st- The staff aren't welcoming, we were checking menu and one of the waitress came on our table and said "Could you order asap, coz we are going on lunch break". 2nd- The food that we ordered were *Paneer Pakora: Good in taste and the filling in between the paneer made it even better. *Chicken Biryani: The rice wasn't even Basmati, there was no aroma and it taste like normal gravy chicken mushed with random rice. *Chicken Rool: Dry and not Flavourful. *Chole Bhature: The Bhature was fine but Chole colour was pale and it lacked all necessary spices. If you wanna try snacks it's good here but I won't recommend any main dish. - - ___- -

10/10 Great experience! Last night i visited with my friends, the place was so crowded still they warmly greeted at the door and shown to our table. Everything we ordered was awesome and also the service was really good. The waitress was sincere and explained the menu attentively. She recommended all the dishes as per our preferences and all of them were delicious. I would love to recommend this experience to anyone looking for delicious food, drinks and great service. Must visit!!!
