Not thrilled by this customer service experience. I walked through the door and the young cashier acted like I woke her up from a nap. No greeting, no hello not even a smile. The other associate didn’t improve matters, when I asked him for help, he marched down the aisle and just pointed at the item that I was looking for. He was rude, and had no patience with my questions. I have only been to this store a few times, but I have never experienced welcoming atmosphere. The staff have an arrogant mentality, and are more concerned about their conversations with each other instead of devoting time to their customers. I shop at Home Hardware because I prefer a more personal experience with knowledgable advise. I should not be leaving a store without making a purchase. I will share my experience.
Great and knowledgeable staff. Any issues I had, they were direct and great rectifying the problem. Amazing prices too.
Always helpful and accommodating..friendly staff and lots of everyday needs provided here.
