Harvey's & Swiss Chalet Combo

Ordered a dinner plus wings. Wings were not hot and dry an old order. I called and they didn’t not want to give me a full credit and left me on hold They don’t stand behind their products and horrible customer service. Avoid this location and perhaps the company as a whole

I've given and taken back negative reviews from this place before. They will always rectify mistakes but they've ruined enough dinners for me. This is my honest rating. The food is great but check that they gave you everything you ordered before pulling away and don't trust that they won't forget you when they ask you to park and wait.

The potato is delicious, with layers of sour cream, cheese and bacon. Chicken's texture was soft and crusty - very nice. And the bun was so fresh! Definitely recommended.

As always... The best rotisserie chicken! Nice clean updated location. Freindly and attentive server. I ordered the half chicken dinner and fries... The fries! I almost forgot the fries! They are the perfect compliment to the buttery chicken. Great job!

It was okay nothing special really 4 * for the service.

Chicken is always so dry. You can't eat it unless you drown it in chalet sauce. Fries are the only good thing, unless they're cold, which they usually are.

Food is really good and enjoyable. Customer service is great. I always order the double leg dinner and it's fresh. At the other locations food tastes bland and is heated in the microwave. I look forward to my next positive experience here.

I just ordered a half chicken dinner through Uber eat, food was horrible over cooked too dry when you get a bite and chewing it was like glue sticking , it is shame to send that to customer. Order ID 4fafe08d7b99

If you need to kill time this is the drive-thru for you. You’ll be asked to pull around front and park for your single item order and when they eventually bring it out, it’s wrong! Highly recommend a different location.
