Courtyard Grill and Lounge

Today I visited the Burloak Burlington Marriott location and I have to say, this set of staff knows true hospitality! We were scouting this location for our annual meeting and I was so impressed by the staff, the cleanliness, the thoughtful design of the hotel and THE FOOD! The food from the bistro is top notch. A special thank you to Jennifer, Frank, Mila and the rest of the incredible staff for the warm welcome. I will certainly share the good word and will be by to enjoy a delicious lunch!

The manager on duty, Edi Marinescu, was very likeable and super friendly. Himself and the front desk associate, Georgina. were both super helpful and welcoming. Hotel room was clean and well designed Lovely lobby area. Great staff and an amazing environment Would recommend staying here and will be returning in the future.Rooms: 5/5

We had a corporate room block at the Marriott Burlington for a staff event - it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Staff are fantastic, rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated, with all of the amenities you need. We received very positive feedback from our team on their stay. We also held a catered lunch in the Bistro which was wonderful as well. Thank you to the Marriott team!

I stayed here for two nights for work. Called ahead as I was arriving late and asked for a quiet room and the hotel was able to put me in a room at the end of the hallway in a quiet area which was great! Overall the room is very nice, spacious, and clean same cookie cutter layout for modern Courtyard hotels. If you stay at the newer Courtyards before, this will be no surprise to you. There is a decent restaurant/bar on site, which is much better than the older Bistro offerings at other courtyard. The staff at the bar are very knowledgeable and friendly and provided great recommendations for drinks. Plenty of parking around the building 5/5 would stay again when in the area.

Well this is my first time back in Canada in 31 years and I am so glad I got booked into a great hotel Plenty of parking, great pool and gym. The food is awesome As for the staff extremely helpful Roseanne and Maggie at the front desk were awesome, they both were very friendly and helpful The Bistro staff is awesome the cooks really have their techniques down The ladies working the maid service were awesome as well kept me replenished with coffee and cups during my staff Really hope it's not another 31 years until I come back, but if I do come back I will be booking my room here

Another great stay at the Marriott! Staff is super nice and accommodating. If you need help they are quick to respond and support. Loby atmosphere is nice too, and the staff at the bar are great!

The rooms are perfect. Clean, spacious, well laid-out, and quiet for my one-night stay. And the management was very responsive when I asked for exercise mats to be added to the gym.

5 star You have to stay and eat here! The Staff are incredible and treat all guests like family. This is so wonderful to experience under a large Hotel brand. The hotel is conveniently located right off the QEW on the Oakville/ Burlington border, overlooks Bronte Provincial Park and is right next to the Burlington Convention Centre. There is a lot of parking, close to many other amenities/ shopping and a quick drive to the Lake. The Hotel rooms have a European style, clean, super modern and sophisticated. Also the restaurant/ food and bar are fantastic. A great space to hold a meeting, corporate event and host other occasions. I cannot recommend this property enough!

A great choice if you're looking for a quiet and clean stay. Starbucks coffee available at the bar, I never had a chance to try the food but it looked good! Customer service was great and checking in and out a breeze. Lost a star for stuffing tissue in the tissue boxes instead of replacing them. Was white for the first 5 tissues and then changed to a weird yellow color. Room was very clean apart from my ice tongssticky, and I found a luggage tag from the guy before me in the garbage can. No big deal though, I would still choose to stay at this location when returning to the area. Bed felt very clean, and thats my only real concern when choosing a hotel. Rooms: Clean bed, friendly room attendants. Mini fridge in my room barely worked, it was on max, would have been worried about keeping any dairy items in it. Nearby activities: The area is rather quiet, a couple office buildings in the surrounding area. Safety: Front door of hotel locks at 11pm, keycard required, rooms auto lock on exit. Very secure. Food & drinks: Starbucks available at the bar, food pricing was better than some other hotels, but still not really logical to pay 6.50 for a bagel when Tim hortons is right down the street. But I guess there's a cost for convenience! Noteworthy details: TV was cool it knew my name, phone unlock for your room is a cool idea but almost more of a hassle than keeping your keycard handy. Was nice when I forgot my keycard though! Coffee maker in the room was one of those nightmare tiny things that pees on a coffee tea bag. Did the job at 4am though! Always wished that these were Keurig style in hotels but if they did that I probably wouldn't buy the Starbucks

We recently hosted a corporate event in the Courtyard Room at this hotel and had a great experience. The meeting space was freshly decorated and well lit. The staff were extremely organized and helpful in planning and executing the event. The food and beverage service was also excellent. Our catering platters and hors d'oeuvres were perfect. We will definitely use the Courtyard Burlington for future events.
