Located in the same building as the Swiss Chalet this Harvey's is very convenient. Small area to sit with plenty of booths with nice dark wood decor. Pleasant place to stop by and have lunch or a quick bite to eat. There is a self serve pop station so you can refill your cup as often a you wish. Service is quick and friendly.

The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. I’ve been here on several Different occasions and have had issues with several of the staff members. The last time I was there I ordered a hamburger. The girl at the register was more concerned about her shift ending in the next few minutes. When it came time to put the toppings on my hamburger it was presented in a bowl to me. I asked where the bun was. I was told I did not order a bun. Who orders a hamburger without the bun??? Then I was told the cashier said I didn’t want A bun. No where in the conversation did I mention to the cashier that I did not want A bun with my hamburger. As I was waiting for my bun to be heated up I could see in the back that not one of the workers working in the kitchen were wearing gloves. They are handling people’s food and possibly contaminating it. This place does not follow the health and safety regulations. However, this is what you get for $14 an hour. Young inexperienced people that have no idea what it’s like to earn their money through years of experience of work. Going out to eat is a treat. And I do not appreciate the prices of everything going up just pay workers that don’t care about their job or lack experience. Here’s a newsflash, $14 an hour is not a living wage for anybody. In summary the youth of today not all of them but, majority of them are more concerned about when their shift is ending rather than earning that $14

Messed up drive thru order. Pop that is only soda water. Not a good visit today. May I suggest that you have servers read back order instead of rush rushing ...

Girl refused to serve me because I was $0.50 short on a $20+ order. Safe to say I won't be returning. Went to KFC next door instead
