Today Sunday May 3rd att 1pm on Rolland Therrien blvd in Longueuil ! When we got up to the counter the guy at the cash who took our order didn't smile never said a word then he garnished our burgers and still didn't say a word never offered any ketsup or anything never even said thank you I told him that he wasnt too talkative but he didn't seem to care !!nVery bad customer service!!nI don't think he should work with the public he has no social skills !nIt was dissapointing cause the rest of the staff seemed nice!

Sunday May 3, 2026 at 1:00pm i go to drive thru to order and no one answers for 10 minutes so i pull up to the window make my order then this girl says i didnt do the right process by pulling up to the window i said the intercom at the order spot no one answered. Literally a 20 minute ordeal to finally leave without a burger cause this girl wanted me to reorder at the intercom unacceptable..
Hi, I have been buying food at this Harvey’s for atleast 3 years ago every Friday and Saturday evening for my daughter. Yesterday I had a horrible service I always get the food from drive through. The short girl employee that ordered with gave me the wrong, likely as I do always check before leaving the window i discovered one of the two orders was wrong, one of the other girl came and told her that I wanted a Putin chicken buffalo which the wrong order was a chicken burger that I was given. The employee who took the ordered at the beginning she didn’t even came back at the window, remained laughing at the front desk with another employee where the second employee was struggling to understand how I received the wrong order. I had one of their supervisor who came, with none sense attitude to tell me that he is going to refund me instead of asking me what I ordered originally or atleast to make the right meal that I wanted. It’s very shameful, and unbelievable to have such employees.
Food is no good.. ordered by uber - anything chicken is terrible especially the grilled chicken wrap and burger.nSo disappointing and expensive.
