Harvey's

This is a large $10 plus tax poutine. I opened the box and i can literally see the bottom. This is not even medium. People ask large because they are hungry. Guys have to take care. Really disappointed.

Use to really like Harveys, but the last few times at this location were awful. Poutine was not fresh the last 2 timesfries seemed old and stale and I ordered a beef burger and they gave me a breaded chicken burger drenched in some type of hot sauce. I called and they said they put my name in credit book, but I am definitely hesitant to go back there even if it's free.

COLD dry poutine EVERY time so far! IM DONE with this place!

literally didn't put a single thing on my burger. 4th time in 2 months that they forgot to put stuff on my burger even when i ask them to repeat my order back to me. as someone that works fast food, it's not THAT difficult to double check the orders yourself

this was my first time ordering harveys—my sister recommended to me— and it was perfect. i ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and i had the option to add NINE sauces and wanted to play it safe, so i went with the chipotle sauce and hot sauce and it was divine. the chicken was fresh and juicy and i 100% recommend getting it. don’t be afraid to add more sauces. thank you harveys; my high was superb with this meal

Absolutely disgusted with what I overheard a manager say to an elderly customer. An elderly gentleman asked a question to a manager at the counter. The manager responded "there is a sign over there, can't you read" horrible treatment to a customer, the gentleman was upset and angry. The managers response, leave the store or we call the police. I was so takin a back by this treatment that I will not use this store again....shame on you Harvey's!!! To follow up Harvey's I've emailed and filled out twice the complaint forms you have....and NEVER been contacted back. Glad your listening to people's input.

I picked up my online order and there was nothing in salad except lettuce.Waste of money worst service.

My veggie burger was made to my perfection! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a burger I enjoyed so much. The staff was extremely friendly, and my pick up order was made in time. Such a good experience I would definitely be back:

First time ordering and will not return. Burger..grilled? More like burnt to crisp. Bacon cheese poutine.. the bacon was RAW, I think it was still oinking. My grilled chicken was cold and hard as a brick. I was completely disappointed!! The only good thing was the pickles!
