The food is good, but why is the drive through service SO SLOW? There's literally a full 1 to 2 minute wait between each car ordering and moving up. You pull up, order, and when you get to the window the food's right there, so I know they can make it fast, but then I drive away and the next car is still waiting and they haven't even ordered yet. Why? Are they totally cleaning the kitchen and prepping before taking each order?
Great location! Can be slow through the drive-thru or inside. Recently renovated in the last year 2022. Tip download the Burger King app you can save a lot of money.Food: 5/5
Jan 22,2023 11:40 am. Why does the girl who works the window have a job? Zero communication after I ordered. I pull up. Hands me the bag without taking the money. I give her $10.05. She walked away. Comes back. She hands me a toonie. Each time walking away. Never saying a single word to me. I even said thank you. Walked away. Zero interest in the customer. Food quality was garbage. Threw it out. I’ll Never return. Why doesn’t she work there? Or do you train your staff not to give 2 facks?
Cashier was incredibly unwelcoming and to top it off i ordered a poutine to go and was not informed they are out of forks. I went back into the store and got a very sassy remark from the lady behind the counter and my burger was burnt. Honestly just all around disappointed in this location, avoid it.Food: 1/5
Have been there many years now Was my favorite until the fruit flies took over the restaurant. Who wants to eat ,& fight off flies as well. Not very sanitary, or appealing. Tables are also unkept. Hard to find a clean spot to sit & fight off flies that want to sample off of my burger. The staff need to be re educated . We customers are not animals. We want to eat our food in a clean, respectable establishment. I won't be back again until the situation gets better..
Every time I come to this location, it doesn’t matter if you ask for something to be made fresh they will not. The food is old, cold and stale. I got $40 worth of food and all of it was inedible, chicken burger was so burnt it was black and you could barely take a bite. Whoppers are old, dry and cold. Don’t waste your money here unless you want to eat hours old food and get sick. This is a food safety issue and they don’t care.
Seems like everytime i go there I get the wrong order. If your in a rush you better call work or whoever else and tell them your going to be late because they never answer the phone either. Years ago it was good but now it's trash,food is terrible,service is trash too. Last 3 experiences were disgusting, never againFood: 1/5
For Management: Guy working the window Nov. 23 at 10:30pm is trying to scam customers by overcharging them on the debit machine and pulling the cash. He taps the machine to your card quickly hoping you don't notice. I had to go inside to ask for a refund.Food: 1/5
Definitely the worst Burger King I’ve been to. How does a Burger King “run out of whopper meat” as the girl tried to explain. The language barrier is bad here and after several minutes I just took junior whoppers. Cold burgers with stale buns… worst place in the area.
No sauce fir mozzarella sticks. They don’t wrap the burgers. No please n thank you. Need to be trained on customer service. N why wait 15 to order every time when there’s no line
