I'm from the US, I came in for a meal. I asked the girl behind the counter for a Hotdog. I asked for a HOT DOG in English, and she acted like she had no idea what those words meant. Also looked at me like I had a third eye growing out of my forehead. When quite literally on the menu board it says, in English: "HOT DOG." This cannot be the first time someone from the US said the word "hot dog" to her. Or her not questioning what those wordsHot Dog mean under the picture of a hot dog. I felt she was doing purposely, so I walked out. I understand I don't speak French, but I've had very nice experiences everywhere else.

The food was good and hot, service was ok. The chicken nuggets are awesome they are a lot better than the MacDonald nugget. The mustard and honey sauce is excellent. Wow what a discovery. Good job Harvey's Went on August 11, we had the script chicken, it wasn't very hot but good.
Good service but very little space in the drive-through curve: a trailer doesn't fit.
As always and faithful to his habits this restaurant is no exception to the rule. The value for money seems correct and the cleanliness seems very good. The staff is very kind. As a fast food restaurant I have to tell you that the Harvey's restaurant is exceeded by its impeccable and fast service. The value for money is perfect. Good and good. Very good service. Nice staff and smiling. Clean. We ate outside and it was very nice.
Harvey's is one of those old fast food institutions here in Quebec. It rates amongst the other usual fast food burger offerings, but, only recently did I start going back to it and realized how wrong I was. The burgers are the best looking and tasting. It feels like one of the new trendy places which serves up great looking burgers. The meat is fabulously grilled and you get to build your burger toppings. This Canadian staple has aged well and is the best choice in my mind for a great tasting burger every time. I had the Three cheese and bacon Angus burger with fries. Great choice at a competitive price. Way outshines the rubbery golden arches's offerings. Service was quick and polite at this location.
The service is very ignorant while at drive through was not impressed with the staff we ended up canceling our order and left.
Aweful. Anyone who is used to eating good hamburgers should avoid at all costs. I can't believe there are so many of these here in Canada. McDonalds is way better food, and that ain't saying much.
Quality burgers for a good price. There’s even a veggie burger.
