Le personnel (incluant le gérant) n'a plus aucune façon avec les clients, ni courtoisie et ce, même avec les clients de longue date.  Ils ont tous l'air écoeurés de leur job!  De plus, ils manquent de respect pour les clients spécialement pour les personnes âgées.
J'ai vu et entendu le gérant se moquer ouvertement d'une personne âgée !!!  Tant qu'à moi, je n'y retournerai plus.

Ce hart donne un général un bon service. Hart parfois offre des choses qui n'offre pas ailleurs.

J'ai apellé pour avoir une information a propos des remboursement, etant moi meme gerante d'une boutique je sais qu'il y a des procedures a respecter mais le gerant de cette boutique a été très bète (j'etais tres poli) et il m'a coupé en disant " ok salut "et a raccrocher la ligne. Il devrait peut etre penser à changer de carrière clairement il ne merite pas son poste.

Il n'a plus rien de qualité dans les tailles plus. Tout est pêle-mêle dans le rayon des vêtements. Juste des cochonneries que personne veut acheter.
