Refusal of dressing room for paying customers. How many months does it take to get your store in working order. I just visited today in late august and you have a review noting the same issue is June.. holy, moly, lazy. I have been to many hart locations all over the north in Sudbury, Elliot lake & Espinola… None of your other locations are as messy and trashy as this one… has corporate ever visited? I’d be shocked if I was a leader at this brand.
Terrible return policy! I have spent thousands of $ in the last 4 years buying 2 homes, renovating, and purchased all window coverings and rods and so much decor etc for these 2 homes.I loved Hart. Until last week : June 28/22 I drove 30 min to Hart in search of a pair of white capris for a family gathering, and I found a pair 32 waist and i am a size 10 then I asked to try on like i always do, but their change rooms were closed due to being vandalized i was told. They seemed like they would fit but i was hesitant to buy as I live 30 min away. I did buy as I needed for the weekend. Got home tried on and too tight in waist : and recipt lost between Hart and Home : No worries I will get store credit or something..little did i know... I drove back June 30 30 min each way and it was exact same cashier, she remembered me but because I had no receipt she said no return or store credit due to store policy ? But that she would call asst manager and she would help me. The asst manager said no absolutely not no return no store credit nothing .. I even requested to spend the retun mon ey right there and then but no ..stuck with the capris that dont fit and dont fit anyone in my family or circle of friends now what? Its only $14.99 plus tax not the moeny just the principle of it . I am so dissatified I stated that they just lost a customer and i left very upset at what had just happened, I was in total disbelief because I sure did not see that coming : and drove 30 min home . Yes I misplaced the recipt but I drove back 2 days later, and same cashier, and the change rooms were closed! ...I would have tried on , too tight and not purchased..give me a break geez . Goodbye Hart
My favorite shop in Parry Sound! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great items for an amazing price!!
I don't know why I don't go there more! Prices are great! Men's rack picked over pretty good, so variety wasn't great. Not their fault I guess a hidden gem for sure.
Some items are a bit out of my price range, however quality of these items are worth it. You will find a very wide variety of things from clothes & shoes for all ages to out door furnishings. We are seasonal residents & Hart's is on the "go to list" when it is time to go to town

who else is tired of items in the flyers. the store never has. false advertising!!
Such a unique Canadian owned store!
Hart seems to be getting more expensive. It's almost February and there tons of xmas stuff is still at 50% off. Every other store Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc.. marked it down and it's gone.
They always have lots of selections and pleasant , friendly staff.
