Harry's No Frills

We bought something on Flashfood from No Frills. Store manager said she couldn’t find the product we paid for and said we have to see ourselves if there’s a way to get a refund. She was very ignorant with us. We asked if we could have something else if same value … a. straight “no” …. we saw a few other things on the site while standing with her and asked if we could just even buy a couple of other things and she just said “no” and walked away. So, no refund, and she would even let us buy something else and walked away. Never seen anything like this!

Recent changes to the store are terrible. Why did you take out the organic isle???? Lost so many products that we bought regularly. Thanks, I will now shop Sobeys and the health food store more often and Barrie to get additional variety.

Today I was over charged again for tomatoes that the sign said were $1.33 per pound. I was overcharged last Thursday, same problem. Twenty minutes later the manager came and adjusted the price correctly. Today, the cashier was so rude, when I questioned her she said it's by the kg. They were $6.58 per kg. If you do the math that's over $2.99 per pound, NOT $1.33! How have they not fixed this and how many people over paid for the tomatoes??? VERY disappointing....nnJust opened the bag of potatoes I purchased, disgusted once again. Small potatoes, some no bigger than a golf ball and several were rotten.

Went in today and found that the Organic food isle is no longer!! Had to search for what I was looking for and didn't find half of it. Very disappointing. Will likely shop here only in a pinch from now on. :
