Moving into Ridgewood Park was the best choice I could have made. The sense of security I have gained living in the building has been great, my children and I highly value the security alarms and locked building doors. The on-suite laundry room has made household chores much easier. The landlords and building managers are very friendly, and put our concerns as their top priority. The buildings are clean and well maintained. My family and I feel very welcome and cared for in this community. I highly recommend Harpar Investments to my friends and family. - Shannon D.

Been staying at Ridgewood Manor for almost 2yrs now, had search for other apartments in the city before going here and so far I have no regrets all. Price is fair compare to others, management is great, neighbors are very friendly, quite and respectful. Parking area is good, take note it's free and got electrical outlets. Our landlord, Muhammad, is very friendly, and always do his best when you need something to get fixed in your unit.

I wish I could choose star below one, I used to live at 3520 Millwoods Road-The manager over there named MOHAMMAD is really a super rude person in the world. He has no sense to talk to anybody. He will be nice to you just for the day when he will show you a property, after that if you will reach to him about anything, he will be mad at you, they didn’t returned our security deposit too. When he came to check apartment for any damage and all, he couldn’t found any. Still they did the same thing with others too. Please be aware everybody, don’t ever think about living there. I think this would be my first negative review about something

Kinda clean apartment, I say that because no one has cleaned up the blood on the door hallway as of yet, been about a month now. Also, I moved into a pet free building and there is a cat above me on the 2nd floor. I'd attach the picture for proof. Cat plays all nite above my bedroom. Lack of sleep due to cat waking me up from a dead sleep several times thru the nite. I was lied too. Management told me it could be worst, I could have kids above me. Yeh right

I have lived in the Ridgewood Manor apartment building in Mill Woods for close to 2 years now and I've never had much to complain about. At one point I had an issue with fridge in my room and the property manager Muhammad arranged for a replacement in a timely manner. Whenever I needed anything fixed, the response great too. The parking lot has also been safe as there has been no complaints of people's car being broke into or vandalized since I've been here. Overall my experience has been good and the property manager had being great and helpful as well. I would recommend the Ridge Wood Manor building managed by Har-Par investments!

I have been living in Har Par Investment properties for 4 years now and the building Managers and staff have ALL been very friendly, approachable, helpful and attentive. I have felt safe in their buildings and their properties are well maintained inside and outside even when at the end of the month, the garbage bins run full after tenant moves. Keep up the great service!

We have been living Ridgewood apartment building almost 3 years now. Neat and clean area also well maintained building, management always take care of our need and complaints on time. Best and affordable apartments for rent, highly recommended.

I moved in Ridgewood park 3 years ago. It’s a great place to call home!! Very spacious, clean and reasonably priced to rent. They do seasonal maintenance in timely manner to keep building and surroundings up to date. I would like to thank site manager Mohammad for being supportive and humble all the time. Highly recommended!!

Living in Ridgewood Manor Apartments for 2 years, very convenient place. Small and tidy apartment, fully furnished. Starting with good communication with manager. Always try to help out the tenants with problems as soon as possible. Living here is the best decision I ever made.

I have been renting 1bhk unit at Ridgewood Park since 2018 and I have no issues at all. The building is clean and well maintained. The manager is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The maintenance service is very good, my two maintenance issues were solved immidiately within only 12hours. They clean lobby, floors in every two days and also perform parking lot maintenance regularly. The building is in well established neighbour hood, primary school just in front of the building, playground, convinient store, pizza store, pharmacy, clinic and a day care all at one place in front of the building. Bus stops are only 1- 2 minutes walking away, Millwood town center, Safeway and Sobeys are only 5minutes drive. I recommend this, if you are looking an apartment in Millwoods area then first visit this building.
