My father recently passed. I've never had to take care of a funeral arrangement before, but these guys definitely made it difficult. In this vulnerable time, they weren't just regular business cold, they didn't even seem sympathetic to our situation. It seemed as though they were trying to add costs to the overall arrangement. These guys are the example of the people that try to take advantage of these situations and I find that absolutely sick.
