Terrible service & unprofessional! The cashier -Jennifer was rude. The chicken was not fried hard like I ordered, when the cashier put “fried hard” on the ticket twice. How many times does it need to be communicated to the cook?! I will never spend my money with this place again. It’s sad we can’t even support a black owned restaurant!
I haven't had wings in a very long time and a friend decided to treat me to lunch. I'm not going to lie I can give or take harolds. The wings weren't bad..the wings were hot but I didn't get to eat them right away. I listened to my friend place the order and the person seemed a bit combative when he asked her to pack his order a certain way. While I appreciate being treated the price of wings are outrageous..almost 20 for 10 wings. I'll probably never go back to this location but not because of bad service. Features: I did not go in but masks are not required.
I asked for mild sauce, nothing extra... however, once arrived home to partake... there was almost no sauce on my chicken ! I was so disappointed! I bought 12 pieces of chicken... maybe, a few pieces had any and some no sauce.Food: 3/5

They HAD ONE PERSON TAKING ORDERS & COOKING FROM THE PIZZA RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR & HAROLD'S ,I WAITED OVER HOUR FOR MY FOOD , I SHOULD HAVE LEFT, BUT I ALREADY PAID 4 MY FOOD, BUT NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN, NOT EVEN IF THE WAS FREE , WE TRY TO SUPPORT OUR PEOPLE & IT ALWAYS FAILS,SO SAD
We where coming off the highway looking for some food and I was unsure because we had just been in Chicago for 3 days and didn’t have the best luck on food.Then we found Harold’s and let me tell you this chicken is the best you going to taste so good, and fresh. I would highly recommend going to get some of that chicken!!!! I got the gizzards and pizza puff as well Also great customer service!! The lady named tamika helped me friendly smile and very helpful just a great experience all around
Terrible service terrible food. 100% always recooked redropped fries always old and or cold, recooked and dark brown. Yesterday tip the bucket for me, I ordered 1/4 dark and a liver wing combo. Was told 20 mins. I stood in front for maybe 8 minutes and decided to go back in. And to my surprise food was ready. I left and got 2 blks away to gas station. Opened food and not surprised chicken super black when cracked open super greasy as in recooked. Fries old but warm and when I called back to tell them, the lady who answered phone said nope that just came out the grease I saw it. It was nothing about it hot and definitely not fresh. I said it before but I'm done giving this Harold's my hard earned money for the laziest unseasonably and undress precooked who knows how long ago food. Im Just done.
Won't be ordering from here again. Paid almost $30 for 10 wings that had little to no sauce on them. I also had the wrong sauce on my wings. The chicken was also too salty. Can't eat this. Might as well feed it to my dogs and order wing a from elsewhere
Called in my order and it was ready right when I got there and was still hot and fresh
